Camp Details: Dates: Monday 3rd August – Friday 14th August 2026 Days & Times: Monday to Friday, 8:30 am – 4:30 pm Ages: 5 – 14 years Our comprehensive summer camp experience offers a diverse range of activities, including: Sports & Swimming – Enjoy our outstanding onsite facilities, including our swimming pool. Performing Arts – Explore creativity in our beautiful Victorian theatre. Team Challenges & Outdoor Adventures – Designed to suit every child’s interests and abilities. Lunch & Snacks Included – Keeping your child energised throughout the day. Pricing Information: £46 per child per day 5% early booking discount for payments made before Friday 22nd May 2026

Terms and Conditions
Collection
All children attending Summer Camp must be collected by 4:30 pm. If a child is not collected on time, additional fees will apply. These charges begin at £15.00 and increase to £25.00 per child.
Clothing and Preparation
Please ensure your child comes to camp with appropriate clothing, including a hat. Sun cream should be applied before arriving at camp.
Cancellations
Cancellations must be submitted in writing. To receive a refund, cancellations must be made before Monday 29th June 2026, and are subject to a 30% cancellation fee. The remaining balance will be refunded. After this date, refunds are at the discretion of the school.
Emergencies
Emergency contact details must be provided during booking. If your child has a medical condition or dietary requirements, please include these on the booking form. Any necessary medication must be brought each time your child attends camp. In the event of an emergency where we cannot reach you, we will make any necessary decisions regarding your child’s treatment on your behalf.
Insurance
We hold full Public Liability Insurance but cannot take responsibility for personal property.
Behaviour
To maintain a positive and respectful environment, we reserve the right to suspend or exclude children who are persistently disruptive. Unfortunately, refunds will not be issued in these circumstances.
